I specialise in supporting woman in releasing past trauma and addictions. I also strongly believe in the power of Radical self-love and the importance of having a beautiful and loving relationship with yourself, as it is essential for creating health, success and joyous relationships.
I am based in Seaford but I also frequent Ubud, Bali about 4 times a year.
